Holistic Therapy Institute (HTI) was founded in 1998 by Marina Paula Eberth M.A., a licensed psychologist and psychotherapist, in Copenhagen, Denmark. Since its establishment the Institute has organized a series of courses, lectures, and training programs in the field of transpersonal psychology both in Denmark and Estonia. 

Most of the activities of HTI are associated with the introduction of the holistic world view and the development of holistic psychotherapy. 

The first 3-year training program in holistic psychotherapy started in 2003, and the first training group of 12 therapists received their certificates in the summer of 2006. The second group of 24 graduated in July 2010. There are currently around 30 actively practicing holistic psychotherapists in Estonia, ready to help clients to work on very different problems.  

In 2006 the headquarters of HTI relocated to Estonia. Training programs, courses and workshops are conducted by psychotherapists and psychologists from Estonia and Denmark. There are over 100 students currently studying on different levels and different training groups at our Institute.

In September 2010 we opened a Biofeedback Laboratory at the Institute. The lab is open for training and therapy sessions as well as scientific studies.
